The National Foundation of Civil Society of Estonia supports the Let’s Do It World programme ‘Green it Up!’

The National Foundation of Civil Society of Estonia is supporting the Let’s Do It World collaboration programme Green it Up! (project nr AH19-39) with 24 852 euros.

The aim of this project is to boost different environmental projects worldwide, and quickly scale up the most effective ones through mentoring and support.

In order to achieve this goal, Let’s Do It World is organising a special session called Impact Hack during Let’s Do It World Conference 2020 in Tallinn that takes place on 23 – 26 January 2020. This session is designed to give a boost to new green ideas from Let’s Do It World network and have the potential to scale and be used in other countries.

The ideas will get a chance to be presented on the main stage at the Conference on the 25th of January.

These ideas will also participate in hacking sessions with Let’s Do It World leaders from around the world – a great opportunity to get valuable input, get even more inspired and find solutions together. The best ideas get a professional mentor for 2 months to help to develop the idea to be uploaded to a crowdfunding platform – Earth Restore, which will also be introduced at the Conference. Earth Restore is a co-funding platform to raise funds to help green idea come to life.

Let’s Do It World is grateful for the National Foundation of Civil Society for supporting this green programme and hope to see many fruitful ideas come to life for a more sustainable world.
